The following behaviors and content are strictly prohibited and constitute a violation of this policy (this list is illustrative, not exhaustive):
Additionally, account resale is restricted except for designated reseller, VPS, or dedicated server accounts. You may not subdivide or resell parts of your hosting services, such as web space or email accounts, unless explicitly authorized.
YouGoHost’s designated agent for handling copyright infringement claims is our Abuse department. To file a complaint, please email abuse@yougohost.com. Complaints must comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) requirements; non-compliant complaints will not be processed.
To maintain optimal service quality, all accounts must host active, legitimate websites and must not be used primarily for large-scale storage of backups, media, or other files as determined by YouGoHost at its discretion. Bulk file distribution such as torrent hosting is prohibited. Violations may lead to account suspension or termination without notice.
YouGoHost does not guarantee permanent availability of any hosting location and may modify, add, or remove data center locations at any time without prior notice. Transfers of accounts between locations may be denied at our discretion.
We log IP addresses and other server data to assist in troubleshooting, monitoring security, and detecting fraudulent activity. Domain registration and order forms collect necessary contact and payment information, which is handled securely and used solely for service provisioning and billing.
Our site may contain links to external websites; YouGoHost is not responsible for their privacy practices or content. We employ industry-standard security protocols including SSL encryption and secure password authentication to protect your information.
From time to time, we may contact you with service updates or promotions. You may opt out of marketing communications by using the unsubscribe option or contacting support.
